Xiaomi has released it’s highly-anticipated Mi Smart Band 4 in Beijing, China. The Mi Band 4 features an all-new AMOLED full colour display, improved 6-axis activity tracking and a more convenient charging method. The Mi Band 4 is capable of 24/7 heart rate monitoring, sleep tracking and can display alerts when your heart rate is too high. It is also the first AI Smart Band in the world.
The Mi Band 4 has an upgraded display with a near 40% increase in screen size compared to previous models. With over 16 million colours, instantly view call, text, app notifications and music being played, whilst keeping your hands free as you keep up with life. Unlike prior models, the Mi Smart Band 4 allows for easy customisation and includes more than 77 coloured themes. Buyers will have a choice from 5 different coloured wrist straps too.
A new swim-track mode has also been added with the ability to recognise different swimming styles. The Mi Band 4 is capable of recording 12 data sets including swimming pace and stroke count. Swim worry-free with water resistance up to 50m, in accordance with GB/T 30106-2013 standard.
The Mi Smart Band 4 supports payments via Alipay, however this version is priced slightly higher than the standard. Sadly, the Mi Band 4 does not support Google Pay. Expect up to 20 days of battery life on a single charge. Standard features also remain including time, steps count, alarm and inactivity reminders. The Mi Fit smartphone app compliments the Mi Band 4 as it records your health data, to help you get the most out of life.
